Do you have physical stores?

Our physical retail shops are opening soon. 

Can you ship to my country?

We ship to Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, India, South Africa, Central and South America.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Mail Boxes?

Sorry, orders can only be shipped to residential or commercial addresses. No mailboxes or PO boxes are allowed.

When will my order arrive?

Handmade or made-to-order items such as Masks, Katanas and Wearables can take up to 30 days (or more) to craft and ship. Please look the information of the product you're purchasing to know how many days it will take to ship your order.

After orders ship, delivery time depends on your country and other factors that are not controlled by us.

Do you accept returns?

We don't allow returns or refunds after we ship your order. Please read our Terms & Conditions before placing your order. We welcome you to contact us if you have questions before you purchase any product.

Do you drop ship?

We design, craft and ship our own products. Beware all the fakes and knock-offs being sold by drop-shippers on Amazon, etc.

Is this store secure?

100%. All transactions and payments are powered and securely processed by Shopify.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

What happens if my item is defective?

You must contact us with photos or a video as soon as you receive your order or within 3 days after delivery. If an item you've purchased arrives damaged or is proven to be defective due to manufacturing problems, we will ask the carrier to collect it from you. You'll be entitled to either a refund or replacement once the defective item is returned to us and inspected.
